Famous WW2 Quote
"You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."Winston Churchill

THIS HAPPENED TO ME: DON'T LAUGH
There I was over the channel out of ammo and low on fuel that red fuel light glowing brighter and brighter. Next thing I saw was a spitfire above me
just hanging there, he made a couple of firing passes at me I saw no tracers or contrails from any ammo and I wasn't taking any hits, and than I realized he's out of ammo too.
He made his last pass real close all I could see was that big grin of his, and all I could do is shake my fist at him....my heart was ready to jump out of my chest.
I thank the editor/ww2db for allowing this type of humor.
