Prussian Militarism, and hired Professional Prussian Officers to train and organize its armed forces.
These Officers in turn not only trained its troops in Prussian drills, discipline and efficiency it also trained and created its officers and NCOs.

Both Prussia, and later the German Empire and former officers and NCOs of the Wehrmacht left their influence in march, drills, uniforms and military tactics.
If you view on film, or your able to attend a military parade in Argentina, Bolivia, Peru and Chile you can still see German military influence in dress uniforms, parade march, even a modified goose step, drill and discipline of the troops they even carry standards along with its drums and musicians viewing these parades they are impressive.

While were on this subject, you can also view East German Troops on parade view on you tube and its impressive as well. March is just about a mirror image of the wartime Wehrmacht.
The (DDR) East Germany had one of Europe's last professional standing armies that kept its traditions alive, and was equipped with modern weapons however, big brother to the east the (USSR) Soviet Union, was always watching.

After World War II, the four post-war powers the
USA, USSR, France and Britain had Prussia
dissolved and abolished as a state its territory absorbed by Poland and by the USSR rest of its
territory absorbed by Lithuania, Denmark and the Czech Republic. Prussia was seen as the evil
of German militarism and was wiped off the face of Europe.
