SS AT REST: TAKE FIVE! MOTORCYCLE TROOPS

SS troops have been issued standard Wehrmacht field gray uniforms. Looks like they've dismounted from their BMW or Zundapp motorcycles w/side car. Troops are armed with K98 bolt-action rifles, stick grenades.

NCO is Senior Sergeant, troop on far right is armed with an MP-28 in 9 x 19mm this weapon was issued to SS and police units. Rank on second troops left arm is that of Lance Corporal
All SS troops and officers wore the eagle insignia on left sleeve.

I thank the editor/ww2db for allowing me to leave my comments based on my knowledge of WWII
