ww2dbaseThese 10.5-centimeter anti-aircraft guns were used by both the German Navy, Kriegsmarine, and the German Air Force, Luftwaffe; in the former service, they were known as 10.5 cm SK C/33 guns, while in the latter the designation 10.5 cm FlaK 38 was used. A later variant design, equipped with mechanical gunlaying systems (replacing the original electrical systems), was placed into production under the designation of 10.5 cm Flak 39 for use with the Luftwaffe. Originally designed in 1933, these weapons were built by the firm Rheinmetall between 1936 and 1945; about 2,000 were built by the end of WW2.
