I saw a program with Susan Eisenhower (Ike's grandaughter) on CSPAN and she said that Ike was talking to a trooper about fly fishing and was making a casting motion when this photo was taken/

Is there a way to find the men's names in this photo. Supposedly, my step grandfather was there.

I have another question. The photo I have has another code on it: ETO-M(or H)Q-44-4699(or8). Can anyone tell me what this means?
