The correct name is 6888th Central Postal Battalion. There is NO "Directory" in the title. Do not go by what others have on the Web. See the official history of the Women's Army Corps, by Mattie Treadwell.

Greetings, I am seeking the help of everyone interested in helping me to celebrate the history and salute the descendants of all original members of the 6888th Postal Battalion along with every African American unit that served during wwII. in one great PASS IN REVIEW. If you are a member of a local chapter of any all colored World War 2 African, Pacific, or European Theater, please respond to this invitation ASAP.
