Note parked biplanes at bottom of the photo and hundreds of parked cars. The intersection seen in the upper right is the tree-lined Redondo Blvd (now Aviation Blvd) and San Antonio St (now Century Blvd). This area of Mines Field is now part of the air freight complex at the Los Angeles International Airport.
