I am not sure this is a Curtis C-46. Looks like a standard stepped windshield, unlike the C-46.

There was one early passenger transport category version with a regular stepped windshield...Interesting picture, yes it's a C-46. WAY BETTER!

I flew the later T-Cat in the arctic...one of the smoothest & quietest ride ever...we could fly all day on a tankful and visit a dozen esquimo village and DEW line stations...However, making elderly ladies climb the twelve foot vertical ladder was kind of gross.
The nightmare started when Trudeau made us fly that piece of *** Twin Otter three hours range vs ten and 20,000# payload vs 800 pounds for the De Hav...
