“Man-O-War” had serial #41-24486 and was with the 367th Bomb Squadron. The plane was lost on a mission to bomb the U-Boat pens at St Nazaire, France, 9 Nov 1942 when it was hit by flak and crashed into the harbor. All 11 aboard were killed.
