Towers, Commander Air Force Pacific Fleet; Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, Commander in Chief Pacific Fleet; Vice-Admiral Robert L. Ghormley, Commandant Fourteenth Naval District; and Vice-Admiral Aubrey W. Fitch, Commander Aircraft South Pacific Force.
