My father fought at Guadalcanal and wrote his life story which I'm working on to publish. I noticed that you credit your photos as public domain. I'd like to use some of these in the book, but know that I need source and catalog number even though it's permissible to use them. Do you know the sources of these photos? I appreciate your time and help. Thanks, Chuck

My Uncle was wounded in this battle. John (Jack) Garvey. Trying to find a list of sailors injured on this ship, but have been unsuccessful. Trying to research this for my great nephew.
