You do realize that was not during the war. He did not wear his swaztika arm band during the war. Likely an accident.

In fact its around 1934 as the new SS skull is on the guy's cap, but not the 1936 eagle. Perhaps late 1933 as Hitler is also still wearing his party belt buckle rather than the Sam Brownie style he wore from 34 onwards

I also noted the date, but try to match the
quote of what Hitler said, to match the
photo. Also the quote was April 18,1945.

Noted the year and accident site of this unidentified German city 1933-1934.

FOR DER RECORD:

Information file photograph taken Sept. 10, 1933
shows the Fuhrer inspecting damage to the residential area of Oeschelbronn caused by a munitions plant explosion. Photo was later used for political and propaganda during WWII.

But wait there's more, the explosion of the munitions plant was never determined. The explosion damaged 203 homes. Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels used this event, to further the Fuhrer's public image and connect with the common German.
