Citação Famosa da 2ª GM
"You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."Winston Churchill

This image appears at other places around the internet with dates ranging from Dec 1944 to Jun 1945 but the original photo was submitted in the USS Langley After Action Report for the Indo-China Raids of Jan 1945 (page 86). The photo card bears the caption, "‘heavy roll’ on 18 January 1945." On that date, Langley’s war diaries reported 40 knot winds from the northeast and heavy seas severe enough that salt water taken through an air vent shorted out their SK radar.
