Where did you find these photos? I work at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. I frequently check the internet, but haven't seen these. They would be useful for displays, but I need resolution higher than what you offer here. If you found them at a much higher resolution somewhere, I'd like to learn where that is. There is no problem with their use, as government media cannot be copyrighted.
