C.Peter Chen:
I read with interest about your role in World War II Data Base; also your note of 29 Jul 2013 related to picture of US and Chinese personnel of the CAMCO factory at Loiwing, 1939. I am curious how you were able to identify Pilot Moon Chen, my father. My father flew for CNAC, then joined CAMCO and was in the U.S. Army Air Corps 14th Air Force (Flying Tigers) under Gen. Claire Chennault during World War II.

Mr. Chen,
The identification of the gentlemen in this photo were done by a contributor to Wikipedia, as seen on this page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Aircraft_Manufacturing_Company
Hopefully that is helpful in your research.
My grandfather was a Chinese Air Force enlisted mechanic in the region; exact location had long been forgotten, but it is possible that he was at Loiwing at the same time as your father. It is certainly interesting to speculate that they might had glance at each other, perhaps even spoke to each other, not knowing that a later invention will allow their child and grandchild to be in communications with each other!
