It seems Speer is speaking to a woman wearing a polka-dot (?) scarf & black hat; the incongruous dots are clearly visible. Who could this be? Frau Speer? Frau Porsche? A secretary? H Reitsch? I can't imagine - but someone is there!

Ferdinand Porsche was present, but not seen in this photo he was situated right behond Alfred Jodl (looking at the camera) in this photograph.
