These T-35 Tanks, were always impressive during the May Day Parade. Sixty-one of these monsters were built between 1935/1941

During the German invasion Jun 1941 about 90% were lost not to enemy action, but to breakdowns. The Germans captured one and shipped it back to the Fatherland for evaluation.

ARMAMENT: 1x76mm Main Gun, 2x45mm Guns and Five or Six 7.62mm Machine Guns. To service this machine, the T-35 had a crew of Eleven men!

The 2 Photos of this row show 2 different Tanks. First Picture a T-35 with normal flat-topped Turret and aerial antenna, second picture is certainly the prototype lacking the aerial antenna at the more round-topped Turret. Also the hull front differs from eachother.
