Here is some more info I have to help get any info back to me. First mission B26 from Decimomannu to attack Collecchio on 7/7/44. Flew 20 Missions and then was relocated to Serraglia Field on Corsica. On 11/1/44 started flying in B25's flying missions #25 to #38. Looking for info on aircraft and crew members during that time.

Ken, my dad was B25 pilot stationed at Corsica. He flew about 60 or missions. I have some stuff at home I can dig through. Would be a miracle but I can try!

Famous WW2 Quote
"You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."Winston Churchill

I am looking for information about the B25 my dad was a radio-gunner stationed in Corsica. His name was Arthur E Pekarek, born in Pulaski, WI in 1918. He passed away in 1987 and we cannot find any of his old photo's or things from the war. My mother who is 90 cannot remember much and we want to gather as much info as possible for her.
