ww2dbaseThe Treaty of Berlin was the result of an agreement between Germany and Russia which reaffirmed the terms of the Treaty of Rapallo and declared that a nation would remain neutral should the other come under attack by a third nation. The Treaty of Berlin was renewed in 1931.
